Welcome to Dameblanchehouse. By booking or participating in any consultation through our website, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Consultation Services
    • Services are offered as Virtual or Physical Consultations, as described on the website.
    • All consultations are personalized and delivered with professional discretion.
    • Outcomes depend on the client’s commitment and application of the guidance provided.
  2. Booking & Payment
    • Payment is required in full to secure a consultation.
    • Prices are listed in Naira and USD
    • Sessions are confirmed only after payment has been received.
  3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
    • Refunds for cancellations are at our discretion, except where legally required.
    • Rescheduling may be permitted depending on availability.
  4. Confidentiality
    • All information shared during consultations is strictly confidential.
    • We do not share client information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
  5. Limitation of Liability
    • Consultations are advisory and do not replace professional services (medical, legal, financial, etc.) unless explicitly stated.
    • We are not liable for outcomes resulting from the implementation of advice.
  6. Intellectual Property
    • All content on the website, including materials shared during consultations, is our intellectual property.
    • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share content without explicit permission.
  7. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by the Nigerian law
    • Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Abuja
  8. Acceptance
    • By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

FURTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
AFTER COMPLETION OF CONSULTATION

  1. Appointments & Consultations
    • All services are strictly by appointment.
    • Consultation fees are non-refundable.
  2. Payments
    • A minimum of 70% deposit is required before production begins.
    • Full payment must be completed before delivery.
    • Finished garments will not be released without full payment.
    • We do not accept “pay on pickup” arrangements.
  3. Production Timeline
    • Our standard production timeline is 7–10 working days, for normal design, 14- 21 days for special outfits with stones, beads appliqués and extra designs commencing after deposit confirmation.
    • Timelines exclude public holidays and weekends.
    • Express service is available at an additional 50% fee, subject to availability.
    • Express fees are paid upfront.
  4. Fittings & Adjustments
    • Fittings are by appointment only.
    • Minor adjustments are complimentary.
    • Major alterations or design changes after production has commenced will attract additional charges.
  5. Fabric Purchases
    • Fabric sales are separate from tailoring services.
    • Fabric prices vary based on grade and quality.
    • Purchased fabrics are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once cut.
  6. Pick-Up & Storage
    • Clients will be notified once garments are ready.
    • Items should be picked up within 7 -10 days of notification.
    • Storage beyond this period may attract a storage fee.

    • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where our policies are not
